Definitions & Interpretation
The following words and terms used in these terms and conditions carry the meanings described below, unless the context indicates otherwise.
"Platform" or "Website"
The online gaming and betting website operating under the name 999be, at the domain https://999be.lat, along with all related services, mobile versions, and subdomains.
"User" or "Member" or "Player"
Any person who has created an account on 999be or is using any service on the platform.
"Services"
All online casino games, sports betting, live gaming, promotions, and other digital entertainment features provided by 999be.
"Account Balance"
The total amount of funds held in a registered member's account, which may include deposits, bonus credits, and winnings.
"Bonus Credits"
Promotional credits granted by 999be that can be used for placing bets but cannot be withdrawn directly until specific conditions are met.
Eligibility & Age Requirements
The following conditions must be met to become a member and use the services of 999be:
- You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age at the time of registration.
- You must create an account in your own name and for your own use — operating an account on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited.
- Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all of them being terminated and the balance may be forfeited.
- You must not reside in a region or jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.
- All information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false information will result in immediate account termination.
- The platform must be used for personal entertainment purposes only — not for commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties.
999be may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.
Account Registration & Management
Registration Process
To register on 999be, you must provide a valid mobile number and password. By completing registration, you are considered to be in full agreement with these terms and conditions.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- Never share your login details with anyone else.
- Always log out after using a public computer or shared device.
- Even if your account is inactive, the responsibility for its security remains yours.
Updating Account Information
If there are any changes to your contact information or payment details, update your account profile immediately. 999be will not be responsible for any disruption to services caused by outdated or incorrect information.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Payment methods
999be currently processes deposits and withdrawals through mobile financial services available in Bangladesh. Accepted methods:
Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet).
Minimum Amounts
- Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (three hundred taka) for each method.
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800 (eight hundred taka).
Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, processing times may vary in cases requiring additional verification or due to technical issues.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
- Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw bonus credits (see Section 5 for details).
- If there is suspicion of unusual betting patterns or fraudulent activity, 999be reserves the right to hold a withdrawal request.
Deposited funds are held for use within the service. 999be does not pay any interest or returns, and no investment is made with the balance.
Bonuses & Promotions
Welcome bonus
New members are eligible for the 999be welcome bonus on their first deposit. The detailed bonus terms are as follows:
Bonus Offer: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
Example 1: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
Example 2: ৳42,000 deposit → ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000.
Wagering requirement
A specified amount must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the original deposit.
Wagering Requirement: 20 times the bonus amount.
Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = bonus winnings become withdrawable after placing ৳20,000 in bets.
General Bonus Terms
- Each member may use each promotion only once.
- A bonus offer cannot be combined with any other offer unless stated otherwise.
- If the wagering requirement is not met within the set timeframe after claiming a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
- 999be reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
- If an attempt is made to claim bonuses through fraudulent means, the account will be terminated and all balances will be forfeited.
- Bonuses are for use in your own account only — they are non-transferable.
Gaming Rules
Fair Play Policy
All games on 999be are powered by software from third-party technology providers. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness. 999be does not interfere with game results.
Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to server problems, loss of internet connection, or any other technical reason, the settlement will be based on the last recorded state. In such cases, the decision of 999be is final.
Betting Limits
Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Some games may have betting limits when playing with a bonus balance.
Game Cancellation & Disputes
- If a dispute arises over the outcome of any game, the server logs of 999be will be considered the definitive evidence.
- If an incorrect payout occurs due to a software error, 999be reserves the right to reclaim that excess amount.
- Cancelling a bet that has already been placed is generally not possible, unless settlement is required due to a technical error.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999be platform and may result in account termination and legal action:
- Attempting to obtain bonuses or rewards through fraudulent means — such as creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or collusion.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or exploit vulnerabilities.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account or steal their information.
- Completing registration or verification by submitting fake identity documents or false information.
- Conducting cyber attacks against the platform or other members.
- Using the platform for commercial or promotional purposes without prior permission from 999be.
If 999be has sufficient evidence or reasonable suspicion, it reserves the right to suspend an account and any associated funds at any time during an investigation.
Account Suspension & Termination
Termination by 999be
999be may suspend or fully terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Involvement in fraudulent, dishonest, or illegal activities.
- Providing a false identity or incorrect information.
- Breach of the age requirement (if the member is found to be under 21 years of age).
- Extended period of inactivity.
- In accordance with instructions from legal authorities.
Closure by the Member
You may request our support team to close your account at any time. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed, however any bonus credits for which wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.
Situation After Termination
After account termination, your personal data will be retained in accordance with our privacy policy. If the account is terminated due to fraud, all balances will be forfeited and that individual will not be eligible to register again in the future.

- Unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.).
- Unauthorized access to an account by a third party where the user's own carelessness made it possible.
In any circumstances, 999be's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the disputed transaction related to the incident.
Changes to Terms
999be reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this page.
- For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify members via their registered email or SMS.
- Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
- If you do not accept the new terms, you may close your account and withdraw any available balance.
- The latest version on this page will always apply.
